Online Deal Voucher Terms

1. Purchase and use

Each voucher is valid for one redemption of the service identified on the voucher at Faevaa Detail World, 11283 Homestead Rd, Houston, TX 77016. Vouchers are purchased online in advance and must be presented with the order confirmation or redemption code.

Vouchers are not cash, are not reloadable, and cannot be combined with other discounts or memberships for the same service. Applicable taxes or legally required charges, if any, are disclosed at checkout.

2. Promotional redemption period and paid value

The special service-price benefit is valid for six (6) months from the voucher purchase date. The voucher confirmation will show the promotional redemption deadline.

After that deadline, the promotional service entitlement ends; however, the amount actually paid for an unredeemed voucher remains available as a credit toward eligible services at Faevaa Detail World for at least five (5) years from purchase, or longer if required by applicable law. The credit is the amount paid, not the regular retail value or advertised savings. If a service costs more than the available credit, the customer pays the difference. No inactivity or dormancy fees apply.

3. All sales final; refunds

All online deal voucher sales are final. No refunds are offered for a change of mind, failure to schedule, or failure to use the promotional service within the six-month promotional period, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law, or where Faevaa Detail World cannot provide the purchased service. This policy does not remove any rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Scheduling and service conditions

H-Town Quick Drip, H-Town Quick Drip Plus, Platinum Exterior, and Platinum Diamond Drizzle are walk-in services. Seat OR Carpet Shampoo, Complete Interior Detail & Shampoo, and H-Town Showroom Elite Detail require an appointment; call 346-532-3822 after purchase to schedule.

For the $89 shampoo offer, the customer chooses seat shampoo OR carpet shampoo, not both. The business may assess the vehicle for safety, accessibility, and extraordinary conditions before performing work. Any proposed additional charge or service change requires customer approval before work begins.

5. Voucher integrity and other terms

Each code may be redeemed only once. Reproduced, altered, fraudulent, or previously redeemed vouchers are invalid. No cash change is provided except as required by law. Redemption is subject to normal operating conditions and reasonable service availability.

The purchase deadline of January 20, 2027 is the last date to BUY a deal, not the deadline to redeem a voucher already purchased. Gift cards and unlimited memberships have separate terms.
