Membership Terms

One vehicle per membership

Each unlimited membership covers one (1) specific vehicle only. At enrollment, the member must provide the vehicle year, make, model, and license plate number. The license plate is the primary vehicle identifier.

Membership benefits cannot be shared, transferred, or used for any other vehicle. Vehicle substitutions or license-plate transfers are not permitted under an existing membership. To enroll a different vehicle, the member must cancel the current membership and purchase a new plan for the replacement vehicle.

Monthly billing and payment authorization

Memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled. By enrolling, the customer authorizes Faevaa Detail World to charge the selected payment method for the disclosed monthly plan price on the same calendar day each month as the original enrollment date, or the last day of a shorter month when that calendar date does not exist. The recurring price and applicable taxes, if any, are displayed before enrollment.

Failed payments and holds

If a recurring payment is declined or cannot be collected, membership benefits are placed on hold and cannot be used until the outstanding charge is successfully processed and the account is restored to active status. The business may retry the authorized payment method in accordance with applicable payment-network rules. No additional service visits are permitted during a payment hold.

Cancellation and remaining access

Members may request cancellation by contacting Faevaa Detail World at 346-532-3822 or service@faevaaenterprises.com. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals and takes effect for billing purposes when processed.

If the current billing period has been paid in full and is not on hold, eligible wash benefits remain available through the end of that paid billing period; no new monthly charge is made after timely cancellation. No partial-month refunds are provided except where required by law. A canceled membership cannot be reassigned to a new vehicle.

Membership scope

Unlimited use applies only to the wash package selected, for the enrolled vehicle, during regular business hours, subject to ordinary service availability. Services outside the selected package are charged separately. Misuse, fraudulent vehicle identification, or attempts to share membership benefits may result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable law.
