Is Faevaa a tunnel car wash?+
No. Faevaa is a 100% hand car wash and auto detail operation. Professional equipment can be used, but vehicles are not sent through an automated conveyor tunnel.
What are your hours?+
Monday through Sunday, 9 AM – 8 PM.
Do you accept walk-ins?+
Walk-ins can be accepted during normal hours based on capacity. Appointments are recommended for detailing, specialty services, mobile work and time-sensitive visits.
How do appointments work?+
Call (346) 532-3822 to schedule, or pull up during business hours. Scheduled appointments require 100% prepayment before they're confirmed, per our Booking & Refund Policy. Online booking is coming soon.
Can I reschedule?+
Yes. Subject to availability, eligible appointments can be moved to another available date or time without forfeiting the amount already paid — contact us as soon as you know your schedule changed.
Are appointment payments refundable?+
Prepaid appointments are generally non-refundable to the original payment method, except where required by law. Where eligible, we may issue a service credit, store credit, gift card or rescheduled service instead. See the full Booking & Refund Policy.
What is the difference between a wash and a detail?+
A maintenance wash addresses routine cleanliness. Detailing adds more time, tools and targeted work to interior or exterior areas that need deeper cleaning, finishing, correction or protection.
Can you remove every scratch?+
No. Eligible clear-coat defects can often be reduced through polishing or correction, but deep scratches or missing paint may require body repair.
Can you remove every stain or odor?+
No responsible detailer should promise that. Results depend on the material, source, age, prior treatment and whether the underlying cause can be reached.
Do you work on custom cars?+
Yes, subject to evaluation. Tell us about specialty paint, coatings, custom wheels, wraps, fresh paint or modifications before service so the process can be adjusted appropriately.
What chemicals do you use?+
Our working inventory can include professional products from Texbrite and Stinger Chemicals plus products from established brands such as Meguiar's and Chemical Guys. The exact chemistry changes according to the surface and service.
Do you offer ceramic coating?+
Yes. Preparation, coating system, cure requirements and pricing are confirmed based on the vehicle and selected service.
Do you offer mobile detailing?+
Yes. Eligible services are available at approved Houston-area locations, subject to distance, site access, weather, schedule and service requirements.
Do you service businesses and fleets?+
Yes. We work with eligible fleets, dealerships, work vehicles, transportation operators, professional drivers and other organizations.
Are you insured and bonded?+
Faevaa Detail World is an insured and bonded business. That statement does not modify or expand the terms of any policy or bond.
