Payment Policy:

All customers booking an appointment for any car wash or detailing service, whether in-store or mobile, must pay the full total amount upfront to secure the appointment slot.
Payments must be made in advance to reserve a detailer and spot for your vehicle. Failure to make upfront payment poses risks to our operations, as it may result in reserving detailers unnecessarily, impacting shop operations.

Appointment Rescheduling:

Any request for service revisions or appointment rescheduling must be made by calling our detail shop at 346-532-3822 within 24 hours of the scheduled service date and time.
Failure to reschedule or modify the appointment within the specified timeframe will result in the customer forfeiting the upfront deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made by calling our detail shop at 346-532-3822 within 24 hours of the scheduled service date and time.
Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will result in a 50% refund of the upfront payment.

Confirmation of Appointments:

Appointments are not considered scheduled or confirmed until the full invoiced amount is paid upfront.

Payments can be made via phone, Cash App, or by requesting an invoice to be emailed directly to the customer.
